The Bad Dads Club shipping info:
Every purchase at TBDC is in support of a small, family owned business and we pack each box by hand when an order is received. Though we are able to get most orders out within 24 hours, sometimes life happens and it may take an extra day or two. We appreciate your understanding and know that we always make every effort to ship your order as soon as possible. After the items are shipped, standard shipping times apply based on your shipping choice at checkout.
Please note, that international customers are responsible for their country's respective customs, taxes, duties or any other fees. We offer international priority options to rush your awesome dad threads to you. If you ordered internationally and do not receive your order within 3 weeks-please contact us ASAP.
Return and exchange policy:
Please understand that we are literally a "Mom & Pop Shop" (NOT AMAZON) and we simply can't afford to pay for free return shipping on every order. However, if there is a fit issue and you would like to do an exchange for another size, you would be responsible for the shipping costs ($7.50 total for one shirt / $12.50 total for one sweatshirt or multiple shirts). In order to do an exchange, items must be in unworn, still-new condition.
Please note that Custom Shirts are not eligible for exchanges or returns for obvious reasons.
Delayed shipping times or lost packages:
We cannot take responsibility for items delayed or lost in the mail. We will work with you to solve the location of the lost goods but unfortunately we cannot control the post office.

Damaged or defective goods?
Sometimes things happen. We get it. We always want to put out the highest quality items and will gladly replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please send us an email with photos of the damaged item to firstname.lastname@example.org ASAP. We will happily review the damage and if we made a mistake, we will gladly do everything in our power to make it right. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for fit issues. Please double check the size chart above.
