The Bad Dads Club Return Policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days, however, we do not offer it for free. 😬 Believe us, we wish we were like Amazon Prime and could offer free shipping and free returns for any reason, but the reality is, we are a mom and pop shop (literally) and we just don't have the margins to offer that. We hope we can get there someday, but for now, we appreciate your understanding. Please email us at info@thebaddadsclub.com for any returns or exchanges and we can send you a return label via email. Items must be unworn and unwashed.

Return/Exchange Shipping Costs:

ONE T-SHIRT: $7.50

ONE SWEATSHIRT or TWO OR MORE items: $12.50

Exchanges for Damaged or Defective Items

Sometimes things happen. We get it. 
We always want to put out the highest quality items and will gladly replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please send us an email with photos of the damaged item to info@thebadddadsclub.com ASAP. We will happily review the damage and if we made a mistake, we will gladly do everything in our power to make it right.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

CUSTOM SHIRTS: Unfortunately, because these are custom designed and custom printed shirts, we are not able to accept exchanges or returns on these unless they are defective or there is a printing error on our end.

Disclaimer: If you are returning an item on your own over $40, utilizing USPS Priority mail service is required. This way, there is tracking and insurance built in.
